The NRA ballot will be coming out soon. I've seen some names that I believe I can support, and a few that I won't. The purpose of this forum is to publicize NRA Director candidates. Who's running? Why are they running? If you find the 500-word biographical sketch in the ballot issue of the magazine to be less than informative, this is a place to explore and share information.

The NRA Board is far different from most organization boards. First, it's huge with 76 members. Functionally, it is more like a legislature than a Board. That being the case, we voting members should operate like any other responsible electorate and keep an eye on who's sitting on the Board, who wants a seat, and (probably most important) why.
